Butter/ cheese knife
The butter/cheese knife is used for all kinds of spread on your bread, from butter to soft cheese to curd cheese, etc. With the butter/cheese knife the spreading function is in the foreground and it is excellently suitable for spreading on sandwiches or rolls. The blade is slightly offset from the knife handle downwards and features a specially bent tip which serves for better spreading. The butter/cheese knife is arranged at the serving plate and is not integrated directly into the place setting.
