Hors d'oeuvre /dessert knife
The hors d’oeuvre/dessert knife is used for different starters and salads as well as for all kinds of desserts, e.g. ice-cream parfait and fruits. You can of course use this knife for breakfast, brunch and supper. The hors d’oeuvre/dessert knife looks alike the table knife, but has smaller dimensions due to its purpose.
