Moonpeople, Ingmar Bungert
Since ever, the dark side of the moon has represented the subliminal, a dream world. Moonpeople are explorers of this spheres and use this source of inspiration to create new shapes – like craftspeople of all ages did in order to create well-known archetypes. The creation of the objects passes through a cycle like the phases of the moon do: The new moon relates to the inspiration, the half moon to the two-dimensional design and the full moon to the materialisation in the form of a model. In the tradition of the decorative arts we aim at creating archetypical objects for the presence. Moonpeople: Ingmar Bungert, Designer - Joachim Luft, Digit Mixer.
