    Healthy eating is the motto now – not calorie counting and going without. The WMF Vitalis steamer fits in with this. The food is cooked in the rising steam, not in water or fat. The covered roasting pan and steaming rack produce a closed system. The water is brought to a boil in the covered roasting pan and creates steam. The food lays on the permeable steaming rack without coming into contact with the water and cooks in the rising steam. In the WMF Vitalis Asia with an additional steaming insert, several portions or different side dishes can be prepared simultaneously. The new WMF Vitalis Compact is ideal for small amounts.
