WMF Service Center
If you need information on the operation or functions of your fully automated coffee specialty machines, please call our WMF Service Hotline. Or send us an email. In addition to your dealer, the WMF Service Center is the first contact point.
If your WMF fully automated coffee specialty machines needs professional help and your questions cannot be clarified over the telephone, we will collect your coffee machine at your location and repair it in the WMF Service Center. Afterwards we will send the machine back to you within 5 days. This Premium Service is completely free for you for the period of two years under warranty claims.
Procedure
The machine is picked up within the next working day.
You may inform Service Center about your desired date and place for pickup.
Make your coffee machine ready for shipment, packed in the original box, and available for pickup.
Important! Attach the completed service coupon and a copy of the sales slip.
This procedure is only applicable within Germany.
Service/maintenance/repair in the WMF Service Center
Inspection of the coffee machine received.
If the fault is not covered by the warranty or if the warranty period has expired, you will be sent an estimate of cost.
Repair in our Service Center within 3 working days after receipt of the coffee machine and your consent to the estimate of cost.
After the repair your coffee machine will be promptly returned to you by a parcel deliverer.
This procedure is only applicable within Germany. If the location is outside Germany, please contact our responsible WMF overseas branch.
Service coupon
It is mandatory that you attach the completed service coupon and a copy of the sales slip to the parcel. Note: The shipment of your coffee machine is handled via the WMF Service Center. The parcel will be picked up at your location.
FAQs
Basic procedure in the case of displayed error messages or faults:
Switch the coffee machine off and on again after some seconds. Repeat the operation which has lead to the fault. In many cases the fault will be removed afterwards and you can continue.
If your problem persists:
Search the following error list for the error text in the display and follow the instructions. If this step does not solve your problem or if the displayed error is not listed, please call the WMF Service Hotline! Some messages result in the blocking of individual functions, which you will recognise by the illumination of the beverage buttons going out. You may continue to draw the beverages of the beverage buttons which keep being illuminated.
