The spice mill Trend with its housing made from easy to clean plastic. Freshly ground herbs and spices develop their aroma most intensely, because the grinding process releases ethereal oils. The WMF Ceramill Trend spice mills make grinding most easily. The original ceramic grinding mechanism is harder than steel and not only grinds salt and pepper but also dried herbs and spices. The aroma protection lid sits tightly, protects the grinder and preserves the spice flavour, if you grind with the lid closed.
