The WMF Professional Brewing System: Flavour results from professionalism.

The highest coffee quality is ensured by the »core« of the machine, the WMF Professional Brewer and its singular technology, as the preparation does not only requires a high pressure, but also a technology with which the coffee flavour is developed most gently – the WMF pre-brewing principle which involves three steps:

1. Before brewing, the coffee grounds are wetted with hot water
2. The coffee powder is soaked and the coffee flavour can develop
3. Under high pressure the full coffee flavour develops with brewing water at 92°C.
 
 
The precondition for a long service life at a pressure of 15 bar and high temperatures is a particularly massive construction. With its 1.2 kg the WMF Professional Brewer is the heaviest one of its class by far, which is no surprise, as it is the same brewer which is used in the professional sector all over the world – the guarantee for reliability and singular flavour.
 
 


The disk mill grinders: Highest precision for highest pleasure.

 
 
 
The intensity of the coffee flavour is determined by the degree of grinding and the mill grinders. Disk mill grinders stand out due to a maximum constant grinding quality. This is why most professional machines are likewise equipped with such grinders. The grinders of the WMF1000 are made from a special alloy and are precision-milled. This guarantees long edge retention and a constant degree of grinding – the prerequisite for a perfect coffee pleasure.
