  • 2 tbsp. Yogurt
  • 1.5 Dragon fruit
  • 10 Tinned lychees
  • 1.5 Pear
  • 1.5 Banana
  • Small dash of organic elderberry syrup
  • 1 Lime
  • As decoration:
  • Yogurt, dragon fruit, lime zest

Preparation

Schritt 1
Peel and dice the dragon fruit. Drain the lychees, keeping the juice.

Put all the ingredients – yogurt, dragon fruit, lychees, pear, banana, elderberry syrup, lime juice and possibly some of the lychee juice – in a blender.

Schritt 3
Puree everything well until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a piece of dragon fruit and lime zest if desired.
