Recipe for My2Go Thermo Food Pot
Preparation
Schritt 1
First, rinse the quinoa in a fine sieve under running water. Cook in double the amount of water for approx. 15 minutes. Then drain and leave to cool for approx. 10 minutes. For particularly fluffy quinoa, we recommend preparing it in the WMF Vitalis Aroma steamer - the grains are cooked evenly and retain their firm bite.

Schritt 2
Following, chop the mango, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and spring onions. Wash the herbs, shake dry, and roughly chop.

Small red pepper, diced
Spring onions, finely chopped

Schritt 3
To prepare the dressing, mix the lime juice and zest with the olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

tsp.Maple syrup or agave syrup

Schritt 4
Fold the chopped vegetables, mango, herbs and dressing into the cooled quinoa. Mix everything well and season to taste.
Schritt 5
Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature. Alternatively, you can store it in the WMF My2Go Thermo Food Pot to consume it later.
