  • 2 Flat peaches
  • 1.5 Blood orange
  • 1.5 Pear
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1.5 Banana
  • 1 Tonka bean
  • Some fresh rosemary
  • 20 ml Coconut water
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • As decoration:
  • Rosemary and flat peach

Preparation

Schritt 1
Cut the flat peaches, blood orange, pear and banana into pieces. Coarsely chop the rosemary to intensify the flavor.

Put all the ingredients – flat peaches, blood orange, pear, raspberries, banana, tonka bean zest, rosemary and coconut water – in a blender.

Puree everything well until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
