For the smoothie:
One day in advance cut the bananas into slices and reserve in a box in the freezer (keep some frozen bananas on the side in case needed when adjusting the smoothie thickness).
Cut the beetroots in quarters and add the pieces in a blender along with the hazelnuts and soy milk.
Blend everything together until smooth adjusting with the soy milk based on the preferred thickness.
