  • For the popcorn:
  • 60 g Corn kernels (popcorn corn)
  • 2 tbsp. Rapeseed oil
  • For the caramel:
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 70 ml Water
  • 20 g Butter

Preparation

Pour the rapeseed oil and corn kernels into your WMF KITCHENminis Popcorn Maker, close the lid, and press start. In just a few minutes, you’ll have perfectly popped popcorn.

While the popcorn’s popping, add the sugar and water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil on high heat. Once the mixture reaches a rich golden-brown color, stir in the butter and mix continuously until smooth. Let it cool for a few minutes until the bubbling stops.

Spread the freshly popped popcorn on a sheet of baking paper. Using a tablespoon, drizzle the warm caramel over the popcorn in thin lines for an even coating.
