Recipe for Fusiontec® Function Pro High Casserole
Preparation
Étape 1
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F). Halve the potatoes and toss with olive oil, crushed coriander seeds, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.

Heat olive oil in a WMF Fusiontec® Mineral Pro pot. Brown the quail on all sides until golden, then remove and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add diced apples, cider, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper to the pot. Return the quail to the pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 30–40 minutes until the quail is fully cooked and tender.

In the last 10 minutes of cooking, stir in the chopped kale and let it wilt and soften.
