Grilled Peach with Honey, Thyme and Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 4 Peaches
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • 50 g Almonds, sliced
  • 50 g Butter
  • 6 Stalks thyme
  • 4 Scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Preheat the grill and meanwhile wash, dry, halve and pit the peaches. Then grill on the grill rack for about three to six minutes, turning several times, until the peach turns brown.

At the same time, place the butter and honey in a heatproof container and heat on the grill. Add the almonds and stir in with a spoon. Once the butter has melted, remove the pan from the grill.
