Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into sticks, halve the onion and make the cut surface almost black. Sauté everything in a saucepan in a tablespoon of olive oil and add fish or vegetable broth until everything is just covered. Add lemon slices, herbs and chili peppers, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the langostinos/crayfish and simmer for another 10-12 minutes.

For the dill salsa, mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and the finely chopped dill, season with salt, fresh pepper, sugar, lime zest and lime juice.

Serve the langostinos/crab with the salsa and fresh baguette.
