Recipe for Fusiontec® Function Pro High Casserole

Ingrédients

4 Personnes
  • For the pappardelle:
  • 600 g Fresh pappardelle (or homemade)
  • 350 g Sour cream
  • 2 Lemons (juice and zest)
  • 150 g Fresh wild garlic
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill (roughly chopped)
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan (plus extra for serving)
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For decoration:
  • Parmesan
  • Dill
  • Wild garlic

Preparation

Étape 1
Bring a WMF Fusiontec® Function Pro High Casserole of salted water to a boil. Cook the fresh pappardelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.

Étape 2
In a large bowl, mix the sour cream with lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped wild garlic, dill, parmesan and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

g Freshly grated Parmesan (plus extra for serving)

Étape 3
Add the cooked pappardelle to the bowl with the lemon sour cream and gently toss to coat. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste
Étape 4
Divide the pasta between plates and top with freshly grated Parmesan. Garnish with additional dill and wild garlic as desired.
