Recipe for Espresso Pro Machine

Ingrédients

2 Personnes
  • 80 g Milk chocolate
  • 250 g Marshmallow
  • 6 Speculoos cookies
  • 320 ml Espresso
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 120 ml Milk

Preparation

Étape 1
Whip the cream until stiff, then set it aside in the fridge. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a bain-marie (double boiler).

Simultaneously, melt the marshmallows with 1 tablespoon of water in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Brew 160ml of espresso using the Espresso Pro machine.

Crumble 3 speculoos cookies into a bowl, setting aside about 2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish. Froth the milk until smooth and creamy.

Pour the melted chocolate into a glass. Use a milk frother to gently mix it against the wall of the glass. Add the crumbled cookies to the glass, followed by the melted marshmallows. Pour the brewed espresso over the marshmallows.

Add a tablespoon of whipped cream to the glass. Gently pour the frothed milk over the cream and espresso.
Étape 6
Place 3 marshmallows on top of the foam. Lightly flambé them with a Bunsen burner (optional, but adds a nice touch!). Garnish with the remaining cookie crumbs for extra crunch and flavor
