1. Who can create customer reviews?

• It's simple. Anyone who is at least 18 years of age and who has purchased items from WMF

2. What should it contain?

• The review should ideally have between 20 (minimum) and 300 words
• If you want to say more, you can write up to 5000 words (maximum)
• In particular, you should assess the characteristics of the product and describe your experiences with the item - the more precise your review is, the more helpful it is to other customers

3. What you should not include and what you should avoid:

WMF is happy to provide this forum for you to be able to express your opinion on our products.

We appreciate that you have taken the time to make comments but would ask you to avoid including the following in your assessment:

• comments on other reviews shown on the page. Other reviews and their display on the page may be changed without notice.
• obscenities or spiteful comments or tasteless content.
• assessments that are too short or general, because we and other customers would of course like to know what it is about our product that you like or dislike.
• telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, URLs.
• advertising or information on availability, price or on alternative order/shipping options.
• We reserve the right not to publish inappropriate assessments that are in breach of the above guidelines.
• A review is not the appropriate way of informing us about spelling errors or similar mistakes. To do this, please use our contact form.
