Beetroot and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • For the smoothie:
  • 125 g Blackberries
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 1.5 Beetroot
  • 1.5 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 20 ml Coconut water
  • 5 g Pistachios
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • Lava salt
  • As decoration:
  • Pistachios, blackberries, blueberries

Preparation

Step 1
Gently push the lava salt in a mortar. Moisten the rim of your glass with a little coconut water and then dip it in the lava salt so that the rim is nicely covered.

Step 2
Put all the ingredients – blackberries, blueberries, beetroot, apple, banana, coconut water, pistachios and ice cubes – in a blender.

Ice cubes
Step 3
Puree everything well until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
Step 4
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass and garnish with a few pistachios or berries if desired.
