Ingredients

  • 500 g Porcini mushrooms
  • 500 g Bread mushrooms
  • 500 g Trumpet chanterelles
  • 500 g Parsley
  • 50 g Rosemary
  • 50 g Thyme
  • 20 g Sage
  • 1 Mild chili

Preparation

Step 1
Gently clean the mushrooms and slice them if needed. Trim the herbs to remove any thick stems. The chili can be dried whole—no chopping necessary.

Step 2
Place the mushrooms and herbs on the dehydrator trays, alternating them for even drying. Be sure not to overcrowd—good air circulation is key for the perfect texture.
Step 3
Set your WMF KITCHENminis Snack-to-Go Dehydrator to 75°C and let it run for 12 hours. Now just sit back and let the flavors intensify.
Step 4
Once everything is completely dry, coarsely blend the ingredients in a blender. Then, transfer to a spice grinder and pulse into a fine, aromatic mix. Your homemade mushroom & herb seasoning is ready to elevate any dish.
