I love this pan
I have been using this pan for everything, from deep frying, slow cooking sauces/beans and cooking thick pieces of meat. Nothing sticks to that surface and it is super resistant. The thin base distributes the heat pretty well and since it's pure steel (almost, pure metal still) you can use it on the oven no problem.
Working great on my induction stove, not getting the handle hot at all. Have not tested it on a regular stove tho so the previous feedback might still be valid as well.

Handle gets too hot
I was disappointed to find out that the panhandle gets extremely hot, so I can only touch the handle with a potholder. I use a gas burner on my stove, but I have never had this problem with any other pans. I wanted to return the pan to the store but they won't accept it since it has been used now.
I refuse to believe that the issue of heat conduction was ignored when the pan was designed, and I am wondering what could be the reason?
