With more than 200 stores, we have a presence in nearly every German city. We are therefore constantly looking for hands-on support in sales, advice and service. You can join us as either a store manager (M/F), full- or part-time sales assistant (M/F) or as a junior employee.
The list of current vacancies can be found on our jobs board. Alternatively, just speak to the manager of the relevant store directly.
As a store manager, you are responsible for one of our many WMF shops, with up to 20 employees. You actively support our sales and customer support staff, but are also responsible for issues such as employee management, personnel resource planning and commercial management of the store. The work involves a high degree of personal responsibility
Sounds like an exciting challenge? There are also two other paths to become a store manager: If you are already trained in sales and have retail experience, you should ideally apply directly for one of our current vacant store manager positions. Alternatively, if you are a school-leaver, you can join our high school graduate programme, which includes training in business administration (M/F). You’ll find more information about this under Ausbildung.
Part and full time positions
Do you have a soft spot for high-quality dining culture, a winning personality and a love of dealing with people? If so, we would welcome your support at one of our stores.
As a part- or full-time employee, you’ll advise our customers on our diverse product portfolio and ensure that our goods are displayed in an attractive manner. Your tasks will also include receiving goods deliveries, conducting inventories and working at the cash register.
Incidentally, you needn’t necessarily be trained in retail sales to work at our stores. We also gladly accept applications from people who are otherwise suitably qualified.
When conducting our inventory, over Christmas and at other times, we often need extra help for short periods, be it for labelling goods or packing gifts. Many of our stores also need longer-term assistance on a part-time basis. So speak to someone directly at the relevant store!
Information on the selection procedure
After submitting your application, you are immediately sent an automatic confirmation of receipt. We then check your documents thoroughly. This can take up to four weeks.
If you are shortlisted, we would, of course, like to get to know you as quickly as possible and will contact you to arrange a time and date for an interview. Our interviews are conducted either over the phone or in person. In the case of sales positions, they are usually held directly at the relevant store.
We will notify you about our decision as soon as possible after the interview.
