Every year, some 60 trainees and students on a dual study programme lay the foundations of their career with us. True to the motto “Recognising, promoting and developing talent,” our training courses have one thing in common in particular: Once you have been given the basic professional knowledge, we involve you as quickly as possible in our day-to-day business in order to give you the best possible basis for your professional future.
Foreign assignments included
When you work at an internationally operating company, it’s also important to get experience abroad. We therefore offer our trainees a five-week foreign internship including a language course in southern England. Students on a dual study programme can work at a WMF Group location abroad for up to three months.
Once they have completed their training, we typically offer our trainees and dual study programme students a full-time contract, open-ended where possible, but lasting at least one year.
Information on the selection procedure
After submitting your application, you are immediately sent an automatic confirmation of receipt. We then check your documents thoroughly.
Depending on whether you applied to be a trainee or for a dual study programme, the procedure is then as follows:
If you are shortlisted, we would, of course, like to get to know you as quickly as possible and will invite you for a written recruitment test. We then conduct individual interviews with the most suitable applicants. Successful applicants are notified shortly thereafter by e-mail. Then there are just a few administrative tasks to complete: First we need firm confirmation from you. You are given a week to consider our offer. After a final medical examination, we will send you your training contract and you are ready to start your vocational training within the WMF Group.
- Dual study programme
The application procedure is virtually identical to that for training professions. However, there is no written test. Instead, if your initial interview is successful, we will invite you for a second interview.
