Die hohe, kugelig gewölbte Silit Pfanne mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Griffen ist Topf, Dampfgarer und Fritteuse in einem und zählt in Asien zu den wichtigsten Kochutensilien. Und auch wir lieben den Wok: Mit ihm gelingen nicht nur stilecht asiatische Gerichte, darin können Sie auch jede Art von Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch dämpfen, schmoren und dünsten. Die bekannteste Garmethode ist freilich das Pfannenrühren, wenn unter ständigem Rühren die Zutaten kurz und scharf angebraten werden.
