Grilled vegetable towers


  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • Ready-made pesto
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Chopped Italian herbs
  • Salt Pepper


Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper to make a cream.Cut the vegetables into slices of even thickness (approx. 2 cm thick). However, slice the sweet potato into thinner slices (approx. 1 cm) as it takes longer to cook.After preheating the WMF Profi Plus Contact grill, select the “Manual” program and grill the vegetable slices and sweet potato slices on the grill plate until the desired level of browning. Once the vegetable slices have finished grilling, you can stack them to make small towers. To do this, coat the individual vegetable slices with pesto and stack on top of each other. Then top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
