Preparation
Paso 1
Cook the udon according to package instructions in a WMF Fusiontec® Mineral Pro pot of boiling water.
Drain and set aside.
gAsian noodles (e.g. rice noodles or egg noodles)
Paso 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a WMF Fusiontec® Mineral Pro pot.
Add the ground beef and fry until fully cooked and lightly browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cook.

Add spring onions, garlic, green peppers, chilies, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for about 3–5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft

Green bell peppers (diced)
tbsp.Vegetable oil (approx. 60–90 ml)
Fresh red or green chilies (chopped) or 1–2 tsp chili flakes
tsp.Freshly grated ginger

Add soy sauce, optional fish sauce, sugar, toasted sesame oil, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything well and let simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine the flavors. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix well so they soak up all the flavors.

Lime (Zest)
Salt and pepper to taste

Plate the warm noodle salad.
Garnish with chopped roasted peanuts, lime juice, and fresh Thai basil leaves..
