Recipe for Fusiontec® Function Pro High Casserole

Ingredientes

  • For the salad:
  • 500 g Asian noodles (e.g. rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 7 Spring onions (sliced into rings)
  • 5 Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Green bell peppers (diced)
  • 5 tbsp. Vegetable oil (approx. 60–90 ml)
  • 5 tsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Fish sauce (optional)
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1.5 Fresh red or green chilies (chopped) or 1–2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1.5 tsp. Freshly grated ginger
  • 1.5 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Lime (Zest)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For garnish:
  • 150 g Roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 2 Limes (Juice)
  • leaves Fresh Thai basil

Preparation

Paso 1
Cook the udon according to package instructions in a WMF Fusiontec® Mineral Pro pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Paso 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a WMF Fusiontec® Mineral Pro pot. Add the ground beef and fry until fully cooked and lightly browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cook.

Add spring onions, garlic, green peppers, chilies, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for about 3–5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft

Fresh red or green chilies (chopped) or 1–2 tsp chili flakes

Paso 4
Add soy sauce, optional fish sauce, sugar, toasted sesame oil, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well and let simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine the flavors. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix well so they soak up all the flavors.
