Payment Methods

We accept: Euro/Mastercard and Visa. For your additional security we check the card verification number (KPN). For Euro/Mastercard and Visa, the number consists of the last three digits after the card number in the signature field on the back of the card. You will receive more information about Verified with VISA and Mastercard SecureCode as soon as you select the credit card as payment method. The invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card on the day of your order and debited on the day of delivery.

WMF also allows you to pay via PayPal. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - and it's free.

1. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. That is why they are not sent over the Internet for every online purchase.

2. Easy: You pay with two clicks. That is because you access your bank or credit card data stored on PayPal instead of entering it for every purchase.

3. Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. WMF sends the good immediately.

In the WMF online store you can conveniently pay by invoice via the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

Pay by invoice

Payment by invoice is only available to private customers. In order to allow you to thoroughly check the ordered goods, Groupe SEB WMF Retail GmbH grants you a payment term of 30 days from the date of order via Klarna.
The payment method invoice will be offered to you depending on the amount of your order, as well as the result of the credit check listed in our privacy policy. 

Pay now

With Klarna Pay Now, you can pay quickly and securely via instant bank transfer through your online banking. No Klarna account is required, and you can conveniently complete the payment using your usual details. The payment is processed in real time, enabling us to handle your order immediately. Thanks to state-of-the-art security standards and encrypted data transmission, your payment is protected at all times. 

Installments

With Klarna Installments, you can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly instalments tailored to your budget. Simply select the 'Klarna Installments' option at checkout and receive instant confirmation. You can customise both the duration and the amount of the instalments. Klarna handles the entire process, allowing you to pay at your own pace. All payments are secured by Klarna and no separate Klarna account is required. 

When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can securely and quickly complete your purchase using your mobile device. To use this option, you must have stored your credit or debit card in the respective app. During the checkout process, the payment is authorised via biometric authentication (e.g. Face ID or Touch ID) or a device passcode. Your payment information is not shared directly with us, but is processed in an encrypted form. The amount is charged immediately after the order is completed.
