The warranty period for our small electrical appliances is two years and only applies to domestic and private use. For all other areas of use, the one-year warranty for commercial purposes applies.

How can I arrange for my small electrical appliance to be repaired during the warranty period?
If you bought your small electrical appliance from a WMF dealer:
You can either take it to the point of sale where you bought it or, if you bought it online, send it to the dealer.
You can also contact our Customer Service team directly by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to help you arrange the repair.
