Our answers to the most frequently asked questions about ordering, payment, delivery and returns. 
How can I see if my order was successful?

At the end of each order transaction, you will be taken to a confirmation page. Your order number will be displayed on the page. You will also receive an e-mail containing all the details of your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service on the hotline +49 (0) 7331 256 256 (landline) or via our contact form. Can I view my order details?
If you are registered with MY WMF, you can view your current orders at any time: simply log in via the “MY WMF” button. There is also the option to log off, of course.
Can I change an order afterwards?
We endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. It is therefore possible that an order was already dispatched immediately after confirmation. We ask for your understanding that, in this case, it is no longer possible to make changes to an order.
Can two orders be combined later on?
We do all we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. It is therefore possible that both your orders were already dispatched immediately after confirmation. In this case, it is unfortunately no longer possible to combine them.
Can I change my information at a later date?
If you are registered with MY WMF, you can change your information for future orders at any time. To do this, log in to MY WMF to change your address, your login details and all other information that you have stored with us.
How can I cancel an order?

With the order confirmation, you will receive the cancellation form to return your order. It is important that the goods have already been dispatched. You can then simply click on the link on your order confirmation page or in your e-mail with the invoice. This will take you to our cancellation portal, where you can download the return label with one click. You will then be refunded the purchase price that you paid when you made your online purchase.

Can I also order by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone. However, if you would like personal advice, our Customer Service team will be happy to help you at any time at +49 (0) 7331 256 256. If the “Chat” or “Live consultation” symbol appears, you can also get advice directly from us online.

Why can I also order KAISER and SILIT at WMF?
KAISER bakeware and Silit are brands of the WMF Group and are part of the GSEB WMF Retail GmbH portfolio. As a WMF customer, you benefit from an even more diverse range of products. We are pleased to present all three brands to you in our online shop.
My voucher code was not accepted
Check that you have entered the voucher code correctly. Please also note that the letters are case-sensitive. If it still does not work, please contact our Customer Service.
Why haven’t I received a voucher?
We send vouchers when you register for the WMF newsletter for the first time. Subscribe to our newsletter and your first voucher will soon be on its way to you.
Is it possible to purchase on account?

Yes, you can purchase on account via our payment partner Klarna.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we support Mastercard and Visa credit card providers.
Is it possible to pay with PayPal?
Yes, you can also pay conveniently with PayPal.
Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?
We dispatch all orders exclusively with DHL.
Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the DHL tracking number so that you can check the current status of your parcel at any time.
How much is the delivery charge?
Up to an order value of EUR 49 the delivery charge is EUR 4.95, from EUR 49 delivery is free. Regardless of the order value, it is always free of charge for you to return an item.
Which countries does WMF deliver to?
Germany and Austria
What can I do if my order does not arrive?

In rare cases, shipping may take longer than the usual two to three working days. You can use DHL shipment tracking to view the current status of your shipment at any time. If you have any questions or other problems, please contact us by phone on +49 (0) 7331 256 256 or via our contact form.

How can I return my order?
To submit a return, you can easily generate a returns label yourself in our returns portal. If you already have a myWMF customer account, you will also find a link in your order details.Returns are free of charge for you.
What is the deadline for returning my order?
You can return your order to us within 30 days without giving any reason and receive a refund of the purchase price.The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.Further information can be found in the cancellation policy.
