All the technology is right in the handle! Easily control the pressure cooker's every setting with a single hand, thanks to the innovative all-In-one control knob: opening and closing, cooking level pre-selection and steam release.
Cooking indicator
A cooking indicator to easily monitor the cooking process, with two cooking levels: one, perfect for tender vegetables, fish and poultry; the other, ideal for robust meats, potatoes and stews. A third ring displays if there is pressure inside the pot, which can only be opened when the cooking indicator has fully retracted back into the handle.
