As a MY WMF Club member, you collect points through your purchases or certain activities***. We convert these points into vouchers for you.
1. Register for the MY WMF Club and subscribe to our newsletter so that we can send you the vouchers.
2. Collect points by showing your customer card at the till in the shop or by logging in and shopping in the online shop. Become active in your customer account and enter your favourite shop or your date of birth, for example.

* The sending of the welcome bonus, the birthday present and the points vouchers requires consent to the use of personal data. Customers receive a €10 discount voucher when they register for the MY WMF customer club. This is valid for 6 weeks from receipt by e-mail and can be redeemed in all WMF branches, outlets in Germany and Austria and in the WMF online shop. Redeemable from a purchase value of €50 and once per MY WMF customer account. The discount value will be deducted directly after showing the discount voucher or entering the code. In the event of an exchange, the purchase price actually paid will be refunded pro rata - the value of the voucher is non-refundable. No cash payment or voucher issue possible. ** For 1 € turnover you receive 1 status point. If you reach 500 points in a membership year, you are automatically a MY WMF Premium member. The turnover is calculated from the purchases in WMF stores and in the WMF online store in Germany and Austria.
*** Points for subscribing to the newsletter, downloading the customer card and entering your interests can only be awarded once. Points for entering your address and favourite branch will only be credited once per status year. The activities ‘open email and click’, ‘log in to customer account’, ‘add product to wish list’ and ‘add product to shopping basket’ are each counted only once per calendar week, regardless of the number of products, clicks or logins.
