How can I become a member of the MY WMF Club?

Registration is easy and free of charge! Sign up for the MY WMF Club at your local WMF store or in the online shop, and you can start enjoying the many benefits right away.

What status options are available on MY WMF?

When you register with the MY WMF Club, you automatically receive ‘Classic’ status. You collect points with every purchase – €1 equals 1 point. Once you have collected 500 points per status year (the year begins when you register), you become a Premium member and receive additional benefits. When you reach Premium status, your points are reset to 0 and you start collecting again. Once you reach 500 points again, your Premium status is extended for another year.

Will the points remain credited indefinitely?

The points are reset to 0 every year on the date of your registration, unless you have collected more than 500 points in the status year. In this case, you will receive premium status from the date on which you reach 500 points and your points will be reset to 0. If you then reach 500 points again, your premium status will be extended for another year.

Why haven't I received my welcome bonus?

You will receive the voucher with your €10 welcome bonus once you have registered for the MY WMF Club and the newsletter. Without your consent to receive our newsletter, we are not permitted to send you the voucher. Please also check the spam folder in your mailbox.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter after registering as a club member?

1. Log in to your customer account. 

2. First click on ‘My communication’, then ‘Personalised newsletter’ and tick the box there. Once you have confirmed by clicking on ‘Save’, you will receive an email. 

3. Confirm your newsletter subscription in the email and you will receive another email with your £10 welcome voucher.

Why am I not receiving any emails even though I have subscribed to the newsletter?

Our system blocks email addresses such as ‘info@’, ‘news@’ or ‘mail@’, as these are often used as spam traps. Please use a different email address to subscribe to the newsletter.

Why didn't I receive my birthday present?

We would like to congratulate you on your birthday and are delighted to give you a gift. To receive the voucher, you must enter your date of birth in your customer account (it is not possible to change this later) and subscribe to the newsletter. Without your consent to receive our newsletter, we are not permitted to send you the voucher.

What data can I change myself?

- First name

- Last name

- Date of birth (can only be entered once)

Can I merge two accounts?

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to merge two or more accounts.

Why can't I see my barcode in the email?

This is usually due to the personal settings of the email programme. For security reasons, no images were loaded here – not even the barcode for the welcome bonus. In most cases, the images can be displayed if you manually allow this as soon as you open the email.

How long is the birthday voucher valid for?

The birthday voucher is valid for 6 weeks after receipt of the birthday email. The exact date can be found in the asterisk text of this email.

How can I collect points in the MY WMF Club?

You receive one point for every full euro spent (1 € = 1 point). You can also collect points through various activities***:

+ 30 points = Enter your favourite branch

+ 50 points = Download your customer card

+ 50 points = Enter your interests

+ 10 points = Open and click on the email

+ 10 points = Add product to your shopping cart

 

Please note that points for subscribing to the newsletter, downloading the customer card and providing your interests are only awarded once. Points for providing your address and favourite branch will be credited to you a maximum of once per status year. The activities ‘open email and click’, ‘log in to customer account’, ‘add product to wish list’ and ‘add product to shopping basket’ are each counted only once per calendar week, regardless of the number of products, clicks or logins.

What do I get for my points?

Your voucher will be automatically calculated based on the points you have collected in a month. Depending on how many points you have collected within a month, you will receive a voucher worth between £5 and £100. The voucher will be sent automatically two months after the points have been collected. In order to send you the vouchers, we need your consent to receive emails from WMF. 

Example: All points collected in January will be converted into a voucher, which will then be sent to you by email at the beginning of March.

The deduction of points due to a ‘status upgrade’ or ‘status year expired’ has no effect on the points for vouchers. You will receive all collected points as a voucher credit.

How many points do I need to collect for which voucher value?

100–199 points: €5 voucher 
200–499 points: €10 off purchases of €30 or more 
500–999 points: €25 off purchases of €75 or more 
1,000–1,499 points: €50 off purchases of €150 or more 
1,500 - 1,999 points: €75 with a purchase value of €225 or more
Over 2,000 points: €100 with a purchase value of €300 or more

 

You can redeem the vouchers in the online shop or in a WMF store.

Can I collect points in all branches?

Yes, you can collect points in all WMF stores and outlets in Germany and Austria, as well as in the online shop.

I forgot to show my MY WMF Club card when shopping in the store. What can I do?

That's no problem. You can have the points added within three weeks of purchase either in person at the store where you made your purchase or by calling the store. Please have your receipt number and membership number ready (you can find these in your MY WMF emails under the QR code, for example).

I am a premium member, but I am not recognised as such at checkout. What can I do?

You may have achieved Premium status with your last purchase. If you switch from Classic to Premium status, please do not use your paper card anymore. Unfortunately, the cash register does not recognise the Premium status of your customer card. You can either show the customer card with the QR code from your wallet, your customer account or one of your recent emails.

Where can I view my points balance?

You can find your current points balance and points overview in your customer account. In the dashboard, you can see your current points balance and your points journal under ‘My points’. Here you can find information about how many points you have received and for what.

What exactly is the MY WMF Club Card?

The MY WMF Club Card is a free physical and/or digital customer card. With it, you can collect MY WMF points with every purchase – online and in-store – and receive vouchers if applicable. Please note: To collect points, you must be logged in to the online shop when making a purchase or show your customer card at the checkout in-store and have the QR code scanned.

Can I get a MY WMF Club card?

You can only obtain a physical card at branches in Germany and Austria, not when registering in the online shop. Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a card retrospectively.

I am not receiving the password reset email. What could be the reason for this?

- Incorrect email address: No email will be sent without a registered account.

- Spam filter: Company addresses often block the email or it ends up in the spam folder.

- Unknown sender: The sender ‘Account Management’ does not contain any reference to WMF, which is why the email was overlooked.

- Delay: Delivery can take up to 15 minutes.

- Technical problem: If no email arrives after all the checks have been carried out, the password can be reset manually by IT with your consent. Please contact us using the contact form.

I received the password reset email, but the link leads to a 404 page.

- Link expired: Request a new email via ‘Forgot your password?’.

- Technical problem: If the new link does not work either, the password can be reset manually with IT support. Please contact us via the contact form.

I received the password reset email, but the link takes me to a page in the wrong language.

The language of the form depends on your browser settings. The password can still be reset securely.

I received the password reset email, but I cannot change my password.

- Account locked: After too many incorrect attempts, the account will be temporarily locked and the lock will be automatically lifted after a certain period of time.

- Technical problem: If the problem persists, the password can be manually reset with IT support. Please contact us using the contact form.

I reset my password, but I can't access my account.

The password manager often saves an incorrect password when resetting. Enter the new password manually and save it again.

Registration for a customer account is subject to the terms and conditions of use.

* The sending of the welcome bonus and birthday gift requires consent to the use of personal data. When registering with the MY WMF customer club, customers receive a discount voucher worth £10. This is valid for 6 weeks from receipt by email and can be redeemed in all WMF stores, outlets in Germany and Austria, and in the WMF online shop. Redeemable on purchases of £50 or more and once per MY WMF customer account. The discount value will be deducted directly upon presentation of the discount voucher or entry of the code. In the event of an exchange, the actual purchase price paid will be refunded on a pro rata basis – the voucher value is non-refundable. No cash payment or voucher issuance possible. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount promotions. Subject to change.
** You receive 1 status point for every £1 spent. If you reach 500 points in a membership year, you automatically become a MY WMF Premium member. The turnover is calculated from purchases made in WMF stores and in the WMF online shop in Germany and Austria.
