  • 1 jars Pickled silver onions
  • 100 g Cream cheese with chives
  • Parsley
  • Sorrel
  • 300 g Cooked Bratwurst Sausages
  • 30 g Sweet mustard
  • 1 jars Pickled cucumbers
  • 300 g Smoked farmed sausages
  • 100 g Emmentaltel cheese
  • German Beer of your choice

Preparation

Step 1
Cut the farmhouse bread into thin slices.

Place all ingredients into one big serving plate or tray.
