Dry Aged Surf and Turf Burger

  • 4 Dry Aged oder Wagyu Pattys (approx. 200 g)
  • 4 Buns
  • 6 Shrimps (peeled)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salad (lettuce leaf)
  • slices Cucumber
  • slices Tomato
  • BBQ sauce
  • Siracha mayonnaise


Step 1
Grill the patties on the preheated grill to the desired cooking level. Meanwhile, grill the shrimp also on the grill until translucent. Salt and pepper everything. Just before the end of the cooking time, lightly toast the inside of the buns on the grill.

Shrimps (peeled)

Step 2
Remove the buns from the grill. Place the bottom side on a plate and cover with a lettuce leaf. Place the fully cooked patty on top. Top with the cucumber and tomato slices.

Step 3
Cut the cooked shrimp in half and place three halves on each burger. Season the burger with the BBQ sauce and Siracha mayonnaise and place the lid of the bun on the burger. Enjoy your meal!
