In a bowl, mix oil, soy sauce, garlic (crushed) together with the ginger (finely grated) to make a marinade. Set aside half of it for later.
Preheat the Plancha to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: peel carrots and cut into fine strips, dice zucchini, and slice green onions into rings.

Once the WMF Plancha is hot, briefly toast the cashew nuts and push them to the side. Distribute the vegetables on the Plancha and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender.

Spread the pre-cooked rice on the free surface of the Plancha and lightly toast it. Mix all ingredients together on the Plancha and deglaze with the remaining marinade. Let it reduce slightly and serve immediately.
Step 4
Transfer the steamed rice dish to plates, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately. Goes well with a fresh lime wedge.
